Napa, Calif.—Laffort USA is holding a seminar on its Applied Research Cooperative (ARC) program at the Citizen Hotel on Jan. 26 at 4:30 p.m. during the Unified Wine and Grape Symposium in Sacramento, Calif. The Applied Research Cooperative is Laffort’s collaborative program with leading wineries performing identical trials on one process or product, across multiple regions and varieties during a single harvest. Laffort USA’s technical manager, Dr. Peter Salamone, will discuss ARC projects and plans for 2016. The ARC is intended to provide verified production winery data on current winemaking innovations utilizing the latest products and procedures so vintners can be informed on the latest solutions.
