DeLuca joins Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo hired Perry DeLuca as industry head and team leader for the Wine, Food & Beverage group in its Santa Rosa, Calif., office. DeLuca has worked in wine industry finance for 10 years and will provide lending and other banking services to middle-market companies with revenues of more than $25 million. Most recently, DeLuca served as a director at KeyBank’s Capital Markets division in Cleveland, Ohio.

Oak consultant launches service

Jason Butler, a Napa Valley native, launched OAKinsight, an oak and barrel consulting company serving West Coast wineries. Butler, a 20-year veteran of the cooperage industry, plans to provide cost-saving and educational programs to winemakers, cellarmasters, winery owners and tasting room staff. Corrections
The parent company of Wind Gap Wines is Pax Mahle Wines LLC in Forestville, Calif. The information for Wind Gap Wines was listed incorrectly in the 2012 Directory/Buyer’s Guide.

Tonnellerie Radoux produces American and Eastern European oak barrels and oak alternatives in addition to French oak barrels. This information was incorrect in a Supplier News item that appeared on page 30 in the May edition of Wines & Vines.
