Bacchus Capital Management, a private equity firm with investments in several wineries, announced it is launching BCM Wineworks Sales and Marketing Co. to represent three of the wineries in its portfolio. The new company will represent Sbragia Family Vineyards in Geyserville, Calif., DeLille Cellars in Woodinville, Wash., and Madrigal Vineyards in Calistoga, Calif.
