American Tartaric Products Inc. (ATP), Windsor, Calif., added to the Malo-Plus malolactic bacteria range launched in 2009. New are Malo-D, selected for diacetyl production, suited for structural white wines and Malo-Multi, a mixed strain Oenococcus oeni with three genetically different strains, to highlight typical varietal aromas. New tools from WineWeb

WineWeb.com, Santa Fe, N.M., expanded its mobile offerings with a winery tour planner to optimize tour routes and driving directions. The web app tool supports iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android mobile devices. WineWeb also integrated the AddThis.com toolset for click-back tracking and sharing analytics.
